Revolution Dojo Wins Big!!

Congratulations to Jeff Messina and the Revolution Dojo team! They won the Zebra Tournament with every single competitor winning a medal. We are very proud of you guys, your hard work is paying off!  Speaking of tournaments, the World Championships take place this week and be sure to wish Carlos Rosario, Nick Schultz, Mike Perez and the rest of our team good luck. It is with a great honor that we announce that our friend Trey Martin has been promoted to Black Belt this past Sunday, May 8, 2011 after Julio "Foca" Fernandez BJJ seminar at the Revolution BJJ in Richmond, VA. Trey has been training BJJ for over 15 years, he is a seasoned BJJ competitor, accomplished wrestler, great instructor and a fantastic person!! Congratulations Trey!!!!

BJJ Revolution Team 2011 Pan Ams Novice Divisions Champions and 3rd Place Masters Division!!!

 
We took the 1st place Team in the 2011 Pan Ams Novice Division and 3rd Place at the Masters Division, with a great performances of Dan Miller, Randy the Machine, Jhonell Berry, Mike Carbudillo, Miguel Ayuyes, Rafael Lima, Drew Verrati,Tom Ruff, Laura Bradford, Matt Zonfrello, Stefanie Cantu, Vivian Vralsted to name a few! The team also had great performances on the 2nd and  third day of the competition.

Congrats to all the fighters that represented the team so well today!

Highlight to Joel Tudor and Andy Ryan gold medals, also Alfredo Barum performance. Andy Ryan came all the way from Ireland to represent our team and get the GOLD!!!
