I wanted to let you know that I had an amazing time in Brazil. Everyone was just awesome, from your sister Leticia, Toco, all of the people in the school who helped train us, to the guys at BIBI's. We truly enjoyed it immensley. Thank you for putting it together, I hope you have it again next year because a lot more people are planning on going next time around.

I thought the camp was wonderful. The best part was the BJJ training. So many gracious student s at the academy, all willing to work with us. Their knowledge of technique was tremendous. I appreciate all of their help. I would recommend the camp to all levels of practitioners. The tours around Rio were terrific. The assistance from your sister, wife, and Toko were much appreciated. They were very, very helpful. Thanks to all of them. I hope that you are able to offer the camp again next year. My best to you and your family and I hope to see you soon in Vermont.

Carlson Gracie Revolution Team wins again in UK

Brothers,

We want to share with you the proud news that the Carlson Gracie Revolution Team destroyed the opposition at 'THE ESSEX OPEN' in the U.K. and won the team event on Sunday, May 3rd, 2009.

We were presented the "MESTRE MAURICIO GOMES CUP" for winning and we held it in the air in front of the teams of Gracie Barra and Roger Gracie Academy after they were beaten soundly.

We won many, many Gold Medals and finished with 228 Points. The second place team was Roger Gracie Academy with 131 Points.

IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE.

We took home with us the trophy with their masters name on it and we are displaying proudly at the CARLSON GRACIE ACADEMY LONDON!

This is the 4th UK competition in a row we have won- Kent, Bristol, Brighton and now Essex.

We had an Army of 87 Carlson Warriors and I would like to thank everyone of them and the Hungarian warriors who came and joined us for the battle.

IT WAS A PROUD DAY!
